Questions
What is a “tracked” (dynamic) QR code?
It points to a short QRcodeSA link, so we can count every scan and you can change the destination after printing. Wi-Fi codes are read directly by the phone, so they are free and unlimited but can't be tracked.
What is a Product code and GS1 Digital Link?
A Product code opens a page with your product's details — description, size, origin, batch and expiry dates, ingredients, allergens and nutrition. If you have barcode numbers licensed from GS1 South Africa, the code can use the GS1 Digital Link format, the 2D-barcode standard retailers are moving to. Don't have GS1 numbers yet? We can help with the application.
How do I pay?
Securely online by credit/debit card, Instant EFT and more — your subscription renews automatically each month or year. Agency clients can also request an invoice and pay by EFT from their Billing page.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment creates an invoice you can view and print (or save as PDF) from your Billing page.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you haven't chosen a plan, your account moves to Free. Your two oldest active tracked codes keep working; others show a “temporarily unavailable” page until you upgrade or pause some codes. Nothing is deleted.
